Yoga stands for unity and combines body, mind and breath in an integrative practice. This practice is accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds and physical fitness levels. In our courses, we teach traditional yoga that goes far beyond physical exercises (asanas) – it also includes breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. Breath and movement flow in harmony, which calms the mind. This gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself deeply in this holistic tradition.

Each session begins with a short relaxation to arrive in the moment and center yourself. This is followed by asanas and pranayama. The session ends with either meditation or yoga nidra (conscious yogic sleep). There are no set routines – each class is individually tailored to the people in the room with us. We meet you exactly where you are and design the process to suit your needs. This creates space for growth, reflection and connection. You leave the session strengthened, supported and with a new lightness and clarity.

What makes this experience unique:

Individual instead of standard – each session is adapted to the group.
Tailored to your needs and energy.
Focus on serenity, connection and well-being.

No previous experience is necessary. Everything you need – from mats to equipment – is ready for you in the studio. Just come as you are, barefoot and in comfortable, flexible clothing. Comfy socks for relaxation are always a good idea. Bring joy, curiosity or simply an open heart – we’ll take care of the rest.

Everyone has a different physical constitution and individual challenges, and our classes emphasize finding your own pace and balance.

Support yourself by drinking plenty of warm water, allowing yourself to rest and giving your body time. With regular practice or treatments, you will feel increasingly strengthened, balanced and comfortable in your body.

To preserve the inner warmth and energy, it is advisable not to drink anything during the session. Warm water is suitable before and after the practice to promote natural detoxification.

Did you know that yoga was originally practiced by men in India – and is still an important part of the male tradition there today? What was then developed by yogis as a holistic practice for body, mind and inner strength is now being rediscovered by more and more men around the world – to promote strength, flexibility and balance.
