Your Personal Yoga Journey
In the Soul & Bodywork studio, we teach yoga rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga. Each class offers a calm setting in which you consciously perceive your body and find stability through the breath. We accompany you with presence, experience, and a clear understanding of what supports you in your practice.
Yoga that unfolds individually.
Breath and awareness guide you through the practice. You learn to sense your body, respect your limits, and gently expand them. The breath sets the rhythm, the body follows. The practice is shaped by the people present and arises from the shared space of the group – calm, and in its own rhythm.
Course Details
The courses run in continuous 4- or 8-week blocks. This structure supports the development of a regular practice and offers orientation and continuity. Once a week, you practice for 60–75 minutes in a fixed group – clearly guided, at your own pace, with space to deepen your practice.
Integrate yoga into everyday life.
Over time, a practice develops that also accompanies you in everyday life. Through conscious movement, breathing exercises, and meditation, greater calm, balance, and a natural sense of the body emerge.

A workshop for anyone who wants to experience a special form of relaxation and enter a state of deep tranquility through sound and vibration. No prior experience necessary.
Workshop Description
This sound journey focuses on the immediate effects of sound and vibration. The vibrations of the instruments work through the body, influencing the nervous system and supporting a subtle regulation of tension, breath, and perception.
The practice invites you to experience your body while lying down, to let external stimuli recede into the background and to enter a state of deep concentration and regeneration.

A workshop for anyone who wants to regulate emotional tension and develop a more stable inner attitude towards dealing with feelings. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Workshop Description
This workshop focuses on the connection between body, breath, and emotional regulation. Through gentle yoga postures, conscious breathing, and guided meditation, a space is created in which emotional tensions can be perceived, released, and reordered.
The practice helps you to develop more inner stability, strengthen your resilience, and deal with feelings more consciously and calmly.
