Every session begins with a personal consultation. Together, we’ll determine what you need right now. This allows us to create a personalized bodywork session that’s tailored entirely to your needs.
For me, people come first.
My work is shaped by many years of experience and various Eastern traditions. Depending on your personal situation, elements from Ayurveda, Marmatherapy, high-quality oil massages, aromatherapy, and sound are naturally incorporated into your session. What guides you during the session depends on what feels right for you in that moment.
More than what is physically apparent.
To me, holistic bodywork means perceiving a person in their entirety. Physical and emotional experiences can be interconnected. My work aims to create space for this as well.
What Moves You
Sometimes the desire for peace and relaxation takes center stage; other times, it’s physical tension, exhaustion, or a phase of life in which a lot is changing.
At my studio in Blieskastel, you’ll find a safe space to settle in and reflect—with time for yourself and whatever moves you.
