About Me

Jessica Luckas

Hi, my name is Jessica. I come from the Bliesgau – a region that has shaped me since childhood and grounded my connection to nature, stillness, and a conscious way of living.

From an early age, I was drawn to holistic health and Eastern healing traditions. Over the years, this path led me to Southeast Asia and South America, where I lived and worked for extended periods. There, I encountered people for whom yoga philosophy and Eastern healing methods are lived traditions, passed down through generations. Through shared practice, everyday life, and hands-on work, these teachings became part of my own way of practicing and living.

After many years abroad, I consciously chose to return and root myself again in my homeland. These experiences flow into my work today and form the foundation of what I share.

Over more than 20 years, a practice has grown – shaped by daily practice, sustained learning, and deep personal experience. I work with what I live: calm, presence, clarity, and the ability to hold spaces in which people feel safe, seen, and supported.

My approach

I work with a calm, clear practice that supports you—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each session unfolds in the moment and is guided by what serves you: stability, strength, relaxation, or simply time to breathe. This creates an atmosphere that helps you let go, renew your energy, and find balance – at your own pace and in a natural way.

What I stand for

I accompany people with presence and experience. In my classes, one-to-one sessions, and holistic bodywork, an atmosphere emerges in which you feel safe and grounded – supporting balance, stability, and ease in everyday life.
